Absolute Storage Management takes great pride in the fantastic team members that it possesses. One team member in particular has taken great initiative and leadership in the Charolette, North Carolina area.

Michelle Dean, with her exemplary accomplishments, was nominated for and awarded the October 2014 Manager of the Month

Michelle started with Absolute Storage Management Inc. in 2010 as an Assistant Manager. In 2011, she was promoted to Property Manager and is currently a General Manager with three properties in the Charlotte region.
Michelle attends many community networking events to help promote her facilities. Michelle’s display of excellence in service, whether in the office or attending events, has helped her facilities achieve record setting occupancy percentages. In fact, All About Storage – Concord earned Property of the Year in 2013.
Michelle has worked very hard at finding ways to reduce expenses and was able to reduce paper and ink costs by 33% in just under a year by implementing a “Paperless as Possible” policy.
